Yeah since the first time I logged in since this new patch I Noticed that normal cast wasn't working I press the skill button, Indicator shows up, I click Again butnothing happens... :/ Did normal cast has new rules now ? or is it a Bug? Quick cast it's complicated for me :(

Thanks In Advance for any answer or help :)

So I never use normal cast and I highly recommend quick cast, seriously it will bring your game to the next level. It will take a couple games to sink in, but it's worth it.
