Shortly after TFT was created, ranked mode was added with the logic of "RNG is a ladder too" So if RNG is a ladder, why the hell can't we have ranked aram? please rito, let me show off how adaptable and versatile my play is with an aram rank

If you think it's just RNG, then go ahead and play against some of the high elo TFT players. Or even some of the mid-elo ones.
There's a shitton more than the surface level strategy. Yeah, casually it might just be RNG. But when you get remotely competitive and past the bottom of the barrel it's very much not.

I didn't say it's "just" RNG, but riot's own words when they announced ranked TFT were "RNG is a ladder". In a similar fashion, aram is also not "just" RNG, but, like TFT, RNG plays a major role in how the game plays out. So if you can have ranked play for one, why not the other?

Minarde2 votesAside from the locked champ roster, none of that stuff is really an argument against Ranked ARAM. Ranked SR doesn't use the same champ select as Normal SR (i.e. Draft vs. Blind Pick), so there's no reason Ranked ARAM and Normal ARAM would use the same one either.
Moreover, "full random" isn't necessarily the only way to make Ranked ARAM fair. Sequential drafting from a random roster would still maintain the spirit of ARAM while addressing some of the "too RNG" complaints. Doing a seasonal roster similar to TFT would level the playing field if Riot's adamantly against unlocking all champs. I'm sure there's other possibilities to adapt Ranked ARAM if Riot was ever motivated to do so.

rubber ripper3 votesTFT you're in control of what you do and what you pick, your decision matters. ARAM is 90% a composition game that's completely random and you have no decisions to make.

Trainwreckk1 votesIn aram you are control of how you play. There is not such thing as "over at game start" because of comp. That's just a bullshit excuse made by people who play stupidly because they think they can't win. I've seen pokey comps win, bursty comps win, seige comps, tanky comps, balanced comps, pick comps, teamfight comps. Any composition can win any game when the players play smart, work together, and build intelligently.
It's fine that you don't want to play ranked aram, you probably don't play much aram at all. I still see no real justification why it shouldn't be available for people who want to play it. It's now the only permanent game mode WITHOUT a ranked tier.
Lovelle2 votesI don't know about that. Assuming equal skill level, the team with the most siege mages/marksmen will generally win. If the playing field was truly even, regardless of comp, then bans would hardly be necessary. However, that's one of the first things people would desire for a ranked ARAM.
Trainwreckk1 votessee I would say CC and engage or sometimes disengage wins most in my experience, but even that isn't an absolute IMHO. Ok, maybe not EVERY match has a chance, I will concede that there is the rare game where one side really has no chance if the other side plays smart, but I honestly think those are more few and far between than the more pessimistic of us would have you believe.
Ok, so maybe have bans in ranked aram. I don't think anyone who wants ranked aram would have a problem with that. Maybe even leave in the bench system, I think it's a great improvement to the game mode overall. I'm just saying I don't see why there shouldn't be a ranked ladder for aram, if there is a ranked mode for both other permanent game modes.

Add ranked to Nexus Blitz (Permanent Mode), if ranked is good enough for TFT it is good enough for Nexus Blitz.

Um yes but to add ranked to it, it would have to be a permanent mode which it should be over TFT (which has rng and ranked) so NB should have had ranked added to it first day out of gate just like TFT.
