When will we see Kled nerfs?

Kled is obnoxiously a dumb designed champion. He has so much health with 1 HP item (Black Cleaver), and his bear trap + E is literally broken. He is completely broken in the right hands.

Well he is the new champion and why would Riot nerf their new champion for fans to buy to play ? Don't expect any nerfs anytime soon.

he's been out for 1 patch. Unless he's completely OP or horribly under powered, they're going to wait until they have more data to decide if he needs nerfs or buffs.

I think one of the core issues of Kled right now isn't his tankiness or his damage necessarily, just how frequently he's allowed to replenish them. At max rank, his Violent Tendencies is on an 8 second CD on an ability which, if you hit all 4 auto attacks, will deal 240 + (assume Kled has something like 150 AD at this point in the game) ~60% of the target's max health. This is before armor and other resistances, but even so, it's a ridiculous tool.

Since his auto attacks still proc on-hit effects, it makes items like item 3153 and item 3071 absolutely god-like on him.

As I've seen and had to deal with several times now, Kled's capacity to get burst down is really easy considering his all-in nature. The problem is that if you can't 100-0 him, he's going to deal a ton of damage to you and more than likely get Skarl back in about 5 abilities or auto attacks, which means you just lost that fight. I've seen Kled's get burst down, dismount, kill someone, get Skarl back, get burst down again, dismount, fight, get Skarl back again, kill their target, fight some more, dismount, duel someone, kill them, then leave.

Honestly, his kit is fine and I think it's actually one of the best designed champions Riot's put out in a while, his only issue at the moment is that all of his numbers are a bit overtuned. Skarl's health is a bit too high for a sustained fighter with huge burst. His courage refills too fast and it doesn't allow for the enemy to sufficiently capitalize on any mistakes he made to get him dismounted in the first place. And his damage and % max health bonus on his W is just far too much to handle.

I think one way to tone Kled down sufficiently would be to reduce the % max health damage on his W passive. Right now, guessing about 250 AD at late game, that's 1000 damage from just the base auto attacks, plus 240 for the W base damage + 32% of their max health with base % health damage + 50% for 4 attacks with the 5% bonus per 100 AD.

This means that in bonus damage alone, Kled can deal 82% of a target's max health before resistances, before ANY of the base damages comes into play. Say we have 100 Armor, base armor plus one item like a Randuin's or something. That's 50% Damage reduction. So we're down to 41% of the target's max health in damage, plus the 1240 (reduced to 620 for armor).

Assuming the average squishy carry has around 2500 health in the late game, Kled just dealt almost 2100 damage to them with just his auto attacks from his W proc. This is not considering any on-hit items or armor Shred that Kled will almost certainly be building. Once you add that into the mix, I would bet money on the fact that you have a dead carry from just 4 autos.

TL;DR Kled is an amazing champion and really well designed. It's just his survivability is too high considering his outrageous damage potential.
