Ranked Gameplay "crack down"

How is there more trolls, people who don't try, and quitters in Ranked Q then in Normal Q? How is the banning system no 10x more strict for ranked gameplay. For us lower elo, who are actually trying to challenge our selves and climb the ladder, it seems like every second game there is someone who 1- Doesn't care at all about winning or playing the role they have selected to play. 2- Insists on typing all game about how other people mess up instead of focusing on winning the game. 3- Decides the game is over 3 min into it when enemy team gets first blood and says "ff@20", then proceeds to mindlessly cs and feed until 20 min then spams /ff everyitme its on cd insisting theres no way back into the game when they haven't done anything about it since 3 min in. 4- and of course the infamous TROLL (something minute happens that triggers this person into spamming pings / running it down mid / following someone around just to steal the cs / camps... you know these people). How is it these people are allowed to exist in ranked? They don't only exist, they are more frequent in ranked. PLEASE RIOT. Make a better place. Clean the scum of the earth out of ranked. Idgaf if someone trolls me in normals, its a video game, people like to have fun. But ranked is about testing yourself. When I have to deal with a useless pile of troll in ranked it makes me want to quit. It makes 0 sense why these people are allowed to do this. There are a few ways of making sure people start taking ranked serious. 1- Make it impossible to get into a ranked lobby, without being 100%, no doubts allowed, that they are in ranked. No a simple message at the start saying "You are in ranked" then having a bow that you can tick that says "Never show me this again" DOES NOT QUALIFY. Make ranked its own thing. Fancier or w.e you come up with to make sure people KNOW they are doing ranked. 2- Have a disclaimer that we have to agree to stating. If anyone does troll, stop trying, spend 90% of there time typing instead of focusing on the game, .... (list common problems) etc. that we all have to acknowledge before doing ranked. 3- Have bans from just ranked gameplay. Ranked and Normal Q should be totally different atmosphere. Why would anyone want to play ranked and not try. Again 0 sense. If someone does not comply with the new improved strict rules of ranked gameplay. BAN THEM FROM RANKED GAMEPLAY. They can still go into norms and blow off there trolly steam. Who cares about that. The real trolls go to ranked. Cause they know they will get a bigger reaction from people. CAUSE THEY KNOW PEOPLE LIKE ME WANT TO TRY AND CLIMB THE LADDER. They don't have to be very long bans. Even 24 hour bans increasing every time or every few times.

JUST LET PEOPLE KNOW YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT RANKED, SO WE CAN BE SERIOUS ABOUT IT TOO. RIOT PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
