My DQ Experience......Pretty Normal Compared to S4/5

There are a lot of threads complaining about DQ. I think most of those complaints are valid for high elo. That term varies, to me it is top 10% and above, but that's subjective as well. I played most of my ranked games (230ish to date) solo and found climbing roughly the same as past seasons once I adjusted to S6 jungle and meta changes.

My experience with Season 6 and dynamic queue has been fairly similar to seasons 4 and 5. The main difference is I had to specialize in a role to climb. Prior to S6 and new champ select, I would say "fill" to make the 90 seconds I had to form a cohesive team with strangers easier. Thus I primarily supported. During season 6, I chose mid/top for bronze and then switched to top/supp after silver 3. Due to role popularity I usually got support. (That's fine, Nami OP now) The majority of any "issues" I have with the game are due to CC creep of champion kits and general game changes. For the most part, these are things that required adaptation (jungle timers, drake buffs, meta champion changes) and are not really that bad IMO.

My ranked goal is to get end of season rewards and since there's no longer LP decay in gold I've achieved that. (RIP Gold in S3). I'm not good enough to get much past mid gold, nor do I care to put in the work that would require. I like to occasionally make dumb high-risk plays, it's part of what makes the game fun for me.

My playing was primarily solo, when I queued with multiple people, I found it harder to climb. Yes we even had voice coms. I think my playing experience is in the majority given I played from Bronze to low Gold and wanted to get it out on the boards. I have no comments for high elo problems as I have never played in that range and never will. Seems like it's pretty shitty tbh.

Finally someone says it. All these scrubs pretend they can't get out of Elo Hell because of DQ and all these "premades". In reality they usually just suck too much to climb.
