Add a heading/board for experimental builds?

I was talking to a friend the other day about team builder and we were discussing what to do if you come across a player who wants to do a certain build on a certain champion that you are not entirely sure is even viable. So I had the idea of adding a board or even permanent heading link for a catalog of experimental builds. Something easily accessible, any player would be able to check out the list and see if in fact the build player A wants to use is actually possible. Players could suggest champions/builds to try out and anyone who does try them in game can give feedback on it.

To keep it organized, there will be a suggestion thread then as time goes on, each unique champ/build will have their own thread. Players can post their results and also discuss tweaks or ideas, or even plan games together. Anyone would be welcome to suggest and test builds, even Rioters =p

The idea came from myself not knowing every single different build that is actually viable for each champion (sometimes forgetting a few), so I thought that if there was a permanent list, which also facilitated discussion and collaboration, that it would make it a bit easier. (Not only for the players who have a party member trying the new build, but also for the experimenting player him or herself)

Thoughts, ideas, suggestions?
