SOOO... most new champs are op! We get it. Make them so, so that many people by them. Ok. But this new champ has no place in league. All abilities make no sense and don't mesh with any other champ. Terrible just terrible. The tentacles are the worst part. Nothing but champs target them and there range is father than Caitlyn. You know the sharp shooter with the huge rifle. I don't know. Has Riot had a change in leadership or something. All these decisions make no sense and things just keep getting made up that don't work with the rest of the game.

No they are trying to make them balanced as possible. The PBE isn't reliable though because people don't actually test they just play the new champ for fun. So it's not really their fault but the only reliable people to look at for changes are the testers IN Riot. Think about Lee Sin release. He was taken off almost instantly because of his OPness on release. Most new champions get nerfs (Not Bard though)
