Why do i get the same rank placement as my "FRIEND" who got 4 out 10 while i got 5 out 10 and i also got 100+ more mmr than him. Can someone explain why this is happening. My guess is that if you play against high elo players you probably have higher rank probability which mean you need to go mid almost all 10 games.

You don't know peoples mmr, so it's likely that your mmr going into placements was slightly worse than his, and/or he happened to play in slightly higher mmr games, such that in the end your mmrs were similar. (It's also not known what the mmr range for any particular division is, so it could be you're at the top end of the divisons mmr and they're at a lower end.)
It's important to remember that op.gg and similar only give mmr estimates, and not true mmrs.
