Weird stutter

Hey. For a few month now i get these stutter ingame. As you can see my ping and framerate is good. Anyone knows whats causing it or even knows a solution?

cap it on 140 fps it happens to me when I have over 300 its disgusting and turn oof movement prediction that is also disgusting with huge fps like. If you have 120 fps and movement prediction will be smooth but with that much is too much LUL no jokes
