I can't deicide Jarvin IV or Vladimir

SOOO ive been debating and I just cant pick which champion I want to buy and play to try and carry games and just have fun playing... Vladimir looks really fun and seems to be a health stealing mongrel that is very annoying to try and take down. And J4 just seems to be a fun play style of going in and attacking whatever you want... Any thoughts or advice would be much appreciated.. thanks

Given the number of games vlad is banned in currently, I would go with j4 just so you can actually play your new champion.

If you never want to die play Vlad ( just steal hp when low and backoff and constantly steal hp if they chase )

If you want to make enemy team rage play jarvan
