I see an increase in vayne players in ranked. Hmm... Is it because of the new soulstealer skin or because someone played her in lcs... or is vayne actually getting good again?

"People playing vayne, why are you so toxic and why do you all suck at this game?" because of the wording i put in the title. xD...
It's because of pointless threads like this.
Could be a combination of reasons.
apparently rushing 
when ahead on her will make you rofflestomp. I was mid lane unaware what was happening in bot lane..
It was too late..
But too many of them try to rush 
and fall behind.
I play vayne because i enjoy playing her and main her. And no im not a toxic vayne player who flames everyone.
Vayne is strong in the tank meta. True damage as a percent health is something good to have. People say her laning skills are horrible, and they may be if you have a stupid support like soraka, but IF i can think about many other supports such as blitzcrank, sona (pokey), lulu, maybe morgana 
, she just needs these guys to get the enemy team to lower health and vayne becomes a monster
