Yasuo alternate taunt?

I was playing league just now as yasuo top, me and riven were bming before minion spawn, friendly banter. Ithought when you press ctrl + 2 he was supposed to like take a drink from his thing and then blow it onto his sword. But instead he crouched down, pulled it out, and started waving it around slowly before re-sheathing it. Although I did see the animation complete once the rest of the times I tried it the animation would bug out halfway through and cancel itself as if I had issued a move command. Once i died it reverted back to the other taunt animation for the rest of the game...Is that something that has always been present? Or is it something that was maybe removed on release and it was a bug? Not sure.
