Question regarding Teemo's stealth

According to http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Teemo:

"f Teemo enters stealth while in brush, he can move around and maintain his stealth as long as he doesn't attack, use an ability or exit the brush. If he enters stealth while outside of a brush, moving or being moved also breaks his camouflage."

What I take from this is that "being moved" while inside of a bush should not break you out of stealth. However, being hooked by Thresh or Blitz while inside of a bush will force you to unstealth, even if you are not moved outside of the bush in the process.

Does anyone know if this is a bug? When Teemo's stealth was changed to allow you to move around I distinctly remember Thresh hooks not breaking my stealth while inside of a bush, but now they do.

Thresh's hook and Blitz' hook both are knock ups.

But only if you directly, normally move. If anything forces you to move, you're revealed.

In the bush or not, getting displaced will reveal Teemo. Intended behavior.

I can see where the tooltip can be interpreted where this effect only happens if he wasn't in a bush, but it is the case. Displacement will always reveal him.
