Its baiscly twitch jg with lulu top zliean mid lulu support. I actually got tilted from that ranked matchgame, twitch just never die by lulu zliean and soraka's healing.

That's basically the kayle-yi thing, applying the same principle with lulu-twitch. That particular match just happened to have supportive ish champs but isn't really part of their strat.
