Absolutely cannot get out of silver

So I've been playing League for quite some time, and only recently have really tried to get out of low elo. I got up to silver 2, and just dove straight back down to silver 5.

Believe me when I say, I know I'm trash. Plain and simple. If I'm stuck in this elo, there's a reason. I just haven't been able to successfully decipher what it is I'm doing wrong. I typically play jungle/ADC. 99% of the time in an individual game, I'll perform well. I'll get kills, get dragons, and get barons when someone is out of position. My score is nearly always good. There's many times in which there's a free baron, and the team just utterly ignores it. Even IF they listen and we do get the baron, 2-3 almost always immediately waste it. I try to explain what the next logical step is, but people either just flame, or just ignore it and die. Basically, I can get fed, I can win lane the majority of the time, I always buy pinks when I can, and I know when to get objectives.

My main problem is learning how to successfully APPLY all of this. I feel as though I have the ability, and I already understand that I'm complete garbage. But I just absolutely cannot for the life of me figure out why I'm still trash.

If anyone can help me as to why I'm still complete garbo, please help.

Thank you

Signed, Trash.

You're not that bad. Silver ELO is just where the majority of Smurfs end up.

Lately for jungle I've been playing a ton of Graves. He's done quite well for me so far. At about a 60% w/r out of around 35 games or something. Other than that I'll just Fiddle or Yi. I took my swing at Gragas but I'm pretty bad with him.

For ADC I usually take Ezreal, Caitlyn, and sometimes Kalista. If I see they locked in 2+ HARD tanks I'll lock in Vayne and just play the farm game for 10 minutes or so.

then I don't know what to say. honestly i've really given up on ranked. got to gold, know i belong a bit higher, i don't bother trying, i just play normal games now where people don't tryhard and don't flame you for every mistake you do, because it's okay. it's normal.

anyway i can't see your winrate right now because the website i use is down for maintenance but i'm guessing it must be around 53% if your last 35 games were 60% wins. you'll climb eventually, just had a stroke of bad luck.

Admittedly, I had a trolling frenzy about a week back. I sort of fell into an ultra tilt mode because I got trolled 3 or 4 games in a row. Not "trolled" as in bad teammates, "trolled" as in people flaming and running down mid. I just ended up playing Yasuo support for 10 games in a row and just started trolling as well. After my salt was done I realized how hard I messed up my win rate. My attitude wasn't exactly the best.

I made a crappy decision, and deranked 3 tiers because of it. I'm pretty damn stupid.

I heard a challenger player once say "Lower elos tug on the enemies balls and slowly choke em out, but higher elos vicegrip that shit and squeeze till their own face turns red and do it over and over till the enemy gives in" or something like that.

Always be looking for objectives. The only reason you should ever be looking for kills is to get a lead to take objectives. Objectives > Kills.

Since you play jungle you need to have a plan or path that you are going to take so you waste as little time as possible. Junglers need a bit of a strategic mind to be played well.

BTW you aren't trash. I know you just say this to kinda motivate yourself to improve, but you shouldn't only focus on what you do wrong. Maybe you just don't have as much innate talent as those diamonds or as much experience as those plats, but hard work will get you just as far if you give it time.
