Does Randuin's Omen stack with Reinforced Armor

Both the Randuin's Omen item and the Reinforced Armor Mastery Point each reduce the amount of damage taken by critical strikes by 10%. Does anyone know if they stack together, resulting in having 20% damage reduction from critical strikes?

They do stack

Damn straight! So while armor items may have taken a hit, if you are running enough defensive points you can at the very least reduce crit damage by 20% which is a HUGE factor when dealing with an ADC.
