Can we just talk about ignite and other summoners for a second?

Hey Everyone i am just a general idiot who recently started playing more toplane especially Irelia and of course i try to be a good toplaner! Looking for Roams AND TP ganks! But recently i've been losing more and more because Riot buffed the EF out of Ignite and LITERALLY every game i have to face an idiot with ignite top! Why did riot overbuffed ignite and nerfed heal and tp? Ignite was somewhat fine before that helping midlaners and supports in laning phase with all in's and trades but now what is league? go top? Go mid as anyone? Going adc? support? Jungle? (even if you are not Shaco)

its just digusting at this point....

They still take tp mid and top in pro play so they wont notice. Also im not sure but in the one game i tapped into for the viewing mission, i saw both supports had ignite. Idk how often exhaust is taken.

Everyone should have Flash+TP. No other summoners should even exist(they are stupid to balance) Jungle items should only be purchasable by the designated jungler, and those items should grant smite as a "on use" ability attached to Jungle items.
