Gifting BE

BE is such a common thing and it is the most straight-forward way of getting a champion that you want... unless your like me and sit to wait for free rotation to land on kindred (please make it happen) I like other people have a hard time grinding blue essence because I have other things I need to do in my life. I have friends that have some BE that they will not use and all I need is 1,505 BE to get my sweet sweet kindred. Also I don't have money so I can't buy RP. Please make it happen RIOT.

Yes I think that this should be a thing. These days riot is just making us pay for everything. If riot keeps on making league of legends "pay to win" then I think that I might quit league.

Riot is F2P, they make money off digital skins, services and products. In order to keep a revenue high they need to cut back on more F2P stuff and make it P2P as competitor games are making more than League. Greedy big companies.

some players and friends have over 100k BE and can't spend it, so why would u keep that much of BE instead of gifting someone, atlest make an limit of 5k ip daily that would be awesome:)

the new system for IP (BE) is dumb, you cant even get BE unless you lvl up? like what? the champions dont even disenchanct for very much.. saving up for a new champ takes 3-4 times longer than it used to

lol you act like Riot is going to be interested in our opinions. If we aren't making them serious money, they could give a shit less what we think or say. At the very least we should be able to buy champions for friends with BE (Gifting champs with BE) but instead they keep it to only RP. I wouldn't mind seeing sales on champions for BE from time to time since it's pretty cancer to get now in most cases, at least for me.
Ain't gonna happen though.[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

Best way for you is to level up, get those level capsules and turn them into BE.
