i own alot of champs and i play alot of champs. I have 2 accounts to play with runes. now riot wont let you see what runes someone is playing to see if they were cheating. It is not that hard to spot if u play the champs alot. Riot needs to put that back in.

I'm confused on how you could spot if someone would be cheating even with the rune information......
