Champion Gifting with Ip
Does anyone else think that you should be able to gift chhampions with Ip, that way you dont have to spend money on gifting champions to your friends.

I wouldn't be opposed to something like this, having so much excess IP is pretty silly.
I think if it were to happen though, champion IP costs should be doubled while you're gifting - that way it's a huge IP sink and it would not be too punishing for Riot in the long term - only players who have amassed a large amount of IP (i.e. loyal, long term players who probably already spent money buying RP) will be able to do this.
