so my recent game, our mid laner kept telling me he would carry, which is fine and dandy, then i realized he was meaning this because he started to take my entire jungle camps, every single one, which started to put me behind. i asked him kindly to please stop over and over, becuase it would put me behind against the enemy jungler, but he laughed in chat saying i wont need it because hes going to carry. now i just lost it and started fooling around, i know reacting in an angry fassion isnt correct, but still is it right for him to instigate somthing like that?

It depends. If you're out of laning phase and he's roaming around and taking camps while he's roaming, that's just part of the game. But if everyone is still in lane and he's leaving his lane while it's pushing to go farm the jungle then he's trolling because he's not playing his role.

so if someone is making you underleveled/under funded on purpose its "working as intended"? isnt that the moment where you can blame your teammate (or more) for your loss due to them or one person singularly trolling you not how can i improve myself?

If you're outside of laning phase and you're underleveled that's your fault. It's up to you to get yourself farm/exp. Just because you start off in the jungle doesn't mean you own it the whole game. Once laning phase ends it's a free for all.

if they follow you/deprive you of gold/exp its not up to me to get myself back in the game if someone else is playing exp/gold sponge basically stopping me from actually getting items. its possible to troll like that where they try to sponge as much funds as possible from you then just simply let it rot. its not a "how do i improve myself" thing in no way or how in any kind of universe maybe in bizarro world but i dont see how stealing someones farm/exp is very experience learning or learning curve. I triple dog DARE you to ask anyone else about this behavior if someone follows your farming pattern all game long yet remain somewhat in lane just to grief your funds.
