Problem loading to the game

Lately, I've got some problems with the pregame loading screen, it seems all good, but when i get into the game it is already 1 min in game, sometimes 1:30, so i get to miss some minions, but that's not the BIG problem. 2 times i've got a remake, so I'm getting leaverbuster punishes.

One of those times the game didn't even loaded and the other i got at 3min in game, so my team decided to remake. This is awful, beside loosing LP, im getting in low priority queue. Hope someone can help, thanks. This is happening since exactly july 27, last week I played with no problems at all.
