Nerf Tier: League of Legends 5.4 Champion Tier List

I was surfing through a couple websites trying to find the most viable champions to play during this new season and I came across this one. It looks pretty legit but I'm suprised they want to nerf Anivia, I mean isn't her small amount of health a big hit as it is. .-. Anyway also considering the bruiser meta basing it more on champions that can make more mistakes before they are killed and still have high damage output, I would of thought a kitey champion with a % of health damage would make the op list like Malzahar. But I havent played much for a while do you guys thing this list is a decent one to go off?

This tier sounds like something riot made up. LeeSin 's on the same tier as Skarner and Evelynn in the jungle

Lol isn't that a compliment seeing as you know......Riot made the champions.........and they have the hard stats to go off of?

They have Annie mid as nerf tier.... They also don't list Sejuani as a jungler?

If a tier list suggests that Anivia is in the nerf tier and leblanc or zed is not...

I don't trust that list.

Anivia is really strong. Like really strong. inb4 having mana means you can't be strong

Tier lists are generally irrelevant unless you're playing at a high or professional level. Yes, character strength does play a relative factor in it, but i've seen plenty of Rivens that're high ranked lose to people in Normals.
