placement games placement

Just got out of a game where two of my teammates were starting placements, while the other team was fully Gold. It's not fair to me, nor is it to them. Can we make placement games centered in bronze-silver MMR? That way the good players can easily get out, while making sure new players don't arbitrarily lose games for the team.
