So this is just me griping a bit and hoping some people agree with my gripe. Silent night sona was passed over for Snowdown Arurf. I asked riot about it and what i was told was that "game devs thought sona would be to strong in urf." To that I say, what about teemo? What about Ezreal? What about all of the other op crap bags that they put in this time around? How many times have you gotten into a match and been like "oh crap they have a sona." now let me ask how many times have you gotten into a match and said "OH GOD HELP MY SOUL THEY HAVE A VEYGAR." I feel that its kind of messed up to use "every" quote unquote "winter" themed skin (cause woad Dariud, queen ashe and king tryndamyr are totaly winter themed) and then glaze over a simple support. Its even further frustrating to me being a sona main. i played for like 30-40 matches waiting for sona to come up only to go online and read to find out the whole roster and find her name not on it. Im just hoping there are others out there who share my pain.

Me and my friends have this running gag of "Don't worry though, at least they removed Sona" whenever we see a Jax in any game.

Like I get why they removed her, except there's plenty of champions that are just as busted that are in the game mode which really makes me wonder if they put some thought into it.

I miss Sona, too, but it's true that she would be exceptionally strong since her skills are auto-targeted. [sona-playing]

It's a shame too. If there was any URF where Sona probably wouldn't be too broken, it'd be this one, where she has some of the lowest numbers she's ever had.

It's kind of ridiculous the way Riot has been treating her.

Umm,there're many champions who are broken in URF (it's kinda the thing of the gamemode,no?) ,but playing against Sona is just surrender at 2mins

I mean we also have the cancer that is teemo and the fact that he can usualy nearly one shot you by auto attacking you :/ and lets not forget maokai... i literally went into a match, first time maokai and went in on a 1v5 and survived about 2 minutes off of heals and pulling out 2 kills, buying enough time for my team to demolish towers. im just saying that if your going to sit here and give thought to who you put in urf, think more about it. there is way more broken champs. i mean hell veygar has a targeted ability that can deal upward of 1k dmg and in urf its up ever 6 seconds. sure sona can heal, but thats y heals are reduced to 50% at match start. and then trynd... dear god trynd... i cant tell you how many times ive gotten into a 1v5 against a trynd only to have him ace our team. the most your gonna get with sona is a one shot on a single champ before she gets bumrushed by the whole enemy team and tries to get away, only to realize her only escape is a simple speed boost.
