So lately I've been playing a lot of soloq, and I mean A LOT. I got up to Silver 1 with 20 LP and then it seemed like I couldn't win games.. After now being demoted all the way down to Silver 3 I've noticed that the enemy team is usually just better than mine. Some games I do badly and some games I do really well, but I always seem to lose. Are there any thoughts on this?

Probably lost a few games thinking "their team is always better" and you went on tilt. Take a break from ranked and have fun with the game. Go back into it with a new mindset.
