Push To Talk Mouse Button League Voice Chat

I use push to talk because my house is loud. I use a naga mouse, the walmart cheap one, with the buttons on the side. B4 and B5.

I can use them for push to talk in league, but the minute I click to movie (which is like twice a second), it cuts off my push to talk, even though I'm still holding the button down.

I can use the same setup in discord no problemo, but not with the league client.

Can anyone help with this?

Same for me 2 , works with everything els that is clickable on the keyboard , but not the mouse
