Come on he is a melee champion and his base movement speed is 325??? Without ghost he can't stick with his target. He is pretty much dependent on 
. He doesn't have any hard CC. He can't even snowball. A ranged champion like Ryze has 340 movement speed.
I wouldn't count on Riot ever buffing Mordekaiser. He's taken Yorick's old spot.
I worst part is I did the math and Kled can chase down Mordekaiser while dismounted.
He is balanced around having a god awful time trying to reach his opponents. Trying to beat Mordekaiser up close is the same as trying to fight Reinhardt up close; unless you're ahead/more skilled you just die. If he got good movespeed it'd conflict with his visuals and would remove a crucial weakness.
"Durr mordekaiser is broken! he does so many damages hurr hurr he dont need no speed boost!" You're telling me a champion with 0 cc, one of the lowest movement speeds in the game and pretty much nothing but an empowered auto-attack doesn't need a buff?
B please. Anyone who has ever played against a mordekaiser knows they can literally kite him to death. He is squishier than an adc when he can't build up his shield WITH CLOSE RANGE DAMAGE. On top of that, the items he F*CKING RELIES on to even catch up to people have been nerfed and while other champions got buffs to compensate, riot just spat on mordekaiser.
mordekaiser is wildly strong, if he wasnt capped in every way possible he would be near unbeatable, i run 4.5% extra MS runes and then go swifties
As soon as WW gets a move speed increase when he isn't using his W, Lee sin gets his MS nerfed, and Kled's MS isn't 285.
