Zed Energy Mechanics

As an aspiring zed main I am expirementimg with builds. I came up with the idea of getting a trinity force instead of a black cleaver. However, trinity force gives 250 mana that I have to pay for. Do I get more energy, or do I just loose money on it. If not, is it still worth it?

You need the BC as the game goes on to eat thru the armor that eventually comes.

Trinity Force won't grant you more base energy. There isn't a single item, rune or mastery that grants an energy-based champion more than their base energy. The best thing you can do is run energy regen runes, but they're mostly a waste to be honest. High elo Zed mains like LL Stylish sometimes run Trinity Force on Zed but I personally think most of the stats on the item are just a waste of gold.

Its not a good idea. Too expensive to power spike with. Wasted mana costs is annoying but worse of all, you need to actually auto to actually get anything out of it (you can't always auto safely). You're better off building something that increases the actual damage on your Shurikens with more AD.

No, and Trinity Force is a waste of stats you don't need. The attack speed is pretty costly and also not that useful, and flat AD/armor pen will give your combo just as much damage as a Triforce proc for cheaper.
