Broader server acess

Being from Africa always seems to bite one in the ass most of the time. I am an ex dota 2 player that moved to league of legends due to the fact that lol is more fun and the champions are so unique and awesome that I will not leave league for a long long time.

I do however struggle a lot with bad latency. The best we will find is about 200ping and this makes it difficult to play high skill capped heros like lee and yasuo.

In the current stats in South Africa there is about 1 lol player for every 20 dota players and I believe the main reason is due to the fact that there is no South African server.

Now that the rant is done I wanted to know what are the possibilities of having a South African server as I am sure players will move away from Dota and towards lol. I know a number of players that left lol just on the fact that they get ping above 250 all the time.

There might not be a lot of South Africans on these forums but would like to hear what the other league players in the community have to say
