i think adc in general is very unbalanced i mean, when did it become a thing for adc champs to be game deciding every single game they burst down any tank, oneshot any squishy, while at the same time healing ridicilous amounts and all having some sort of escape or hard cc so rito when will you fix? or will you just let it be as usual. . . . . . . . do i need to main adc or what.

ADC's job is to carry... and they can itemize to deal great dmg to champs. Any full build ADC will wreck most champions. Your goal should be to shutdown the enemy ADC, deny them farm, in any way you can, so that they don't reach that point. It's always been like this, except maybe during the time when fighters/bruisers dominated and ADCs had no counter to them.
Letting a game run too long by not correctly prioritizing objectives is when you will run into an ADC who is fully decked. If they're fully decked sooner, it's because they got fed, in which case they deserve their reward.
