Thanks for the Vel changes

I just wanted to thank Rito for taking what was one of, if not the, most balanced champions in leagues history and changing him for no reason. And on top of that it was a really great idea to ignore all the feedback from players with 1000's of vel games while you did it. Whoever designed this rework had obviously never played Vel before and obviously never tried the changes.
