Long Queue Times

Hello,

I'm kinda new. I've notice my queue times are so long. I'm level 10 but my queue takes 6 mins to let me into a game. Is this normal? It's kinda boring having to wait so long for a game, and this is only for blind pick. When I pick draft queue, I have to wait 10 mins or more.

It's a bit annoying... I can't seem to get level 30. I'm wasting too much time waiting. Does anyone know if this is a usual problem or is it just me? I find it weird because this game is supposed to have a big community.
