why am i only getting 16 lp per win?
Right now im d3 with a 55% winrate but i only get 16 lp per win and lose like 13 lp per loss. Why are the numbers so small compared to when i was like plat and lower - getting like 20-22lp?

Because you are getting closer to the rank that matches your mmr. Ranked works like this: You have a matchmaking ranking that shows how good you are and corresponds to a certain rank, for example diamond 2. The further away your current rank is from your mmr rank the more skewed your win/loss lp become. If you are plat 4 you might gain 22 lp per win and only lose 10 per loss. If you are grandmaster 1 you might lose 22 lp per loss and only gain 10 per win. Over time you will reach the rank that corresponds to your mmr that way, in this example diamond 2. When you reach that rank your win and loss lp will be balanced. The only way to permanently exceed that rank is to raise your mmr by improving.
