I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this issue, but when I'm in-game my champion seems to stop randomly when I'm walking back to lane. It's frustrating to deal with if I'm trying to go bot and help my support/ADC, or I'm trying to run to a team fight. Is there any way to fix this, thanks.

maybe you clicked on a creep by accident and you lost vision of it or it died

No it usually happens when my camera goes off of my champion. It doesn't happen occasionally but it is annoying in certain situations.
