A message to Riot Games

After playing the "game" League of Legends since season 2 and spending well over $1000 on skins I have formed an accurate opinion of Riot Games.

Simply put they are the worst video game developer in existence.

With thousands of employees and only one "game" to their name, they have the manpower and money to make a wellcrafted moba. However, they choose to pander to simply play a popularity contest with champions purely for profit.

-League of Legends is extremely unbalanced, many champs are made but their usefulness and viability goes untested. -Many champions that are popular remain with overpowered kits, while less popular ones are simply thrown skins for money grabs. -Reworks are often terrible and make the champions worse than they were. -Every rune page/rune costs an extreme amount of time to unlock, leveling to 30 alone will take you thousands of matches. -The matchmaking is extremely bad, MMR is not taken into consideration but rather users you last played with and random users available. -The champions cost a hefty amount of money or extreme amount of time to unlock, at the detriment of character power to unlock. -Server stability is extremely bad with much lag and hacking going on. -The ranked system is a maddening form of group punishment that encourages trolling and flaming. Skill is useless here as you are at the mercy of randomly matched users, and progression is random as there is no rhyme or reason to the + and - LP for each match. -Other game modes are much worse due to the little difference a win or loss makes, thus encouraging trolling and flaming. -The game centers not around strategy but spamming abilities as a group for "flash plays", to make the game more interesting to watch rather than play.

Riot Games essentially tried to make League of Legends like the WWF with E-sports but have only served to put coat after coat of paint on their turd of a "game". They don't care about what makes the game fair nor what the users want but rather their own internal opinions even though most of them don't play the game.

I will regret ever investing any money in this company and "game" for the rest of my life, and I advise any new users to turn back while you can.

So if you hate the game so much and supposedly played since Season 2 and don't want to play it anymore...why are you posting on a smurf instead of your main?

Profit drives industry. As long as League of Legends is a F2P game, there will remain glaring issues in connectivity or stability within the client application. In terms of game play and balance, the more appeal that it has to new players the more profit they can potentially make in the long term. Were Riot and other game developers to dole out inordinate amounts of their profit to subsidize improvements at the whim of their community these companies would never be successful. To be perfectly honest, it wouldn't surprise me that LoL became a $2P game in the near future. But even then, some issue will still remain.

Fucking RIOT. im was playing like 15 hous a day to out the bronze and go silver 3.Now I go down to Unranked. So I see my account unranked and I start to play the ranked promote to the silver or up.So I play the first one I won I think and it says your promote is Iron 1... SOO im was playing 15 hours a day to go silver and NOW RIOT go me on IRON. ill tell this to a thousends people who plays league of legends. and they all delet your game.All I can say League of legends is a very idiot game.
