Serious Inconsistency in Item Shop Threatens to Instill Apprehension

in the item shop will show 
but clicking on 
will not show 
(but it will show 
instead).
Anyways this bothers me somewhat.

I imagine it's a side effect of the item recipes for those things changing over the past year or two.
Maybe more technically suited to bug report land, although it's super minor. I'd probably opt to have aegis included when ruby is clicked. (It wouldn't surprise me if there's similar issues with other items, although perhaps you've already looked.)
