DONT BAN MY CHAMP!!!

I really was thinking that riot if you can manage to add a system that would NOT ALLOW ONE TO BAN CHAMPS TO BE PICKED BY THEIR OWN TEAM MATES. I know that is what PICK INTENT FOR STILL PEOPLE DOING IT. SO A SYSTEM TO AVOID THAT WOULD BE APPRECIATED. [zombie-nunu-tears]
