So Diana's face, at the end of Garens health bar.. reason behind this?
Recently came back to league after a break. Not sure if this is a bug, or if it's some feature I'm not aware of. Tried to search around, but honestly wasn't even sure how to "google word" this question.
Deep Terror Nami1 votesGaren got a new R passive where the last enemy that got a kill is the "Villain" and he deals extra damage to them, and true damage with his ult. That indicates the villain, and that person will have a mark over them as well.

Vesarixx1 votesI don't think it's always whoever gets the last kill, I've gotten the villain marker when the current villain dies and haven't always lost it when someone else gets a kill
