So after I selected a champion my computer didn't switch to the load-in screen. Instead, a black screen appeared. I tried to restart my computer and didn't work. I started another game and the same thing happened. Is it a major problem or is it just a bug?
This is a major mac related bug I do believe, I too get black screen/white screened as well as bug splat at the same time. Also since the patch I get a firewall message asking if you want League to receive incoming connections. Despite having League pardoned in the firewall, the message continues to pop up every single game I try to start. The same bug exists in PBE too, basically we cannot play the game until the bug is patched. Just for further reference this bug happened over a year ago as well and prevented mac users from playing the game at all. All other games outside of League work fine so this is a major mac related bug although I am hearing there are a few windows users being affected. A response from the team would be great instead of keeping this bug on the hush hush until next patch.

I GOT LEAVERBUSTER BECAUSE OF THIS! Is there anyway to fix this problem! I hope anyone else that has gone through this problem and has consequently received a leaverbuster notice gets it reverted because this was in no way in our control. I hope someone from riot is addressing this problem and puts up a service status notice that they are aware of the issue and that they are trying to resolve it. Also a service status announcement indicating that the problem is still out there so that mac users don't try to enter any games to see on their own that the problem is fixed or not because if the issue persists than it will count as leaving the game.
