Get out of dodge free - 100 RP
I would love to spend 100RP - 250RP to get out of a dodge. Can we make this happen? I mean, take my money so I never have a teemo support again.

Teemo support works, it doesn't even matter what champion you play and where you play it as long as you're good at that champion. This isn't some competitive play, only then is where teamcomps actually matter.
Except, if you can dodge with the only consequence being your checkbook, you gain a slight competitive advantage via paying that. Riot just isn't into pay to win. Also, more dodges for the rest of us to sit through = bad.
What's wrong with Teemo support? Actually, I find it quite strong, since it has very strong poke through AA, he can protect lane after level 6 by placing mushrooms on the ganking paths, and can also blind the enemy ADC, effective making them useless for a short period of time.
What you are suggestion is BASICALLY pay to win.
And before you argue that it's not... you're wrong. It is. Oh sure... you don't hand them money and then get a win from it... but by being able to freely dodge games without punishment your rank will likely go up, thus "winning" in the ranks as a whole. It would be abused twelve times over to inflate people's ranks.
That said... the game is currently a festering pile of imbalance that still kinda shits on solo players, so ranks don't mean much anyways. Screw it. Let's pile another awful idea on this garbage fire of a game!
