If we can't have an east coast server at least normalize ping

I have no problem with Riot not wanting to create an east coast server, but it is glaringly obvious that west coast players have a significant advantage when it comes to ping. I propose that ping levels be throttled to around 80ms thoughts?

Making everyone's experience worse is not a solution.

It's called leveling the playing field. No one's experience will be worse just some people's ping.

its probably easier to get an east coast servers then to get DDOSers to stop.

I just don't understand Riot's arguments against East Coast Servers.

They say that this would split the community, but it really wouldn't. As long as there is a one-time transfer between the servers it is entirely based on choice which server we choose to play on.

Hahah this guy effectfx is still a riot dick rider, always sticking up for them without any real idea of what the fuck he is even saying. You obviously know nothing about latency if you don't think 200 ping vs ~50 or even ~100 makes a difference.

I don't know why people are bringing DDos attacks into this, the issue is the location of the NA servers, (California), if they were moved to lets say, Chicago, or Kansas then everyone would have relatively the same ping. Riot has the money to do this, people just don't get united behind this cause so they have no driving force to push them.
