its been 10 damn years

and we have yet to see any shot of ip increase per game like leveling up sucks you cut the time in half that means i have half the ip i would have at level 30 its costs like 8k for 9 cdr runes WTF. And im supposed to get champs as well...like over 130 champs now and you think the ip gain should be the same...can we please get some more per game.
