Im looking to pick up a new adc, and I'm trying to decide between vayne and draven, any input?

Vayne can kite a bit better. Has a stun. Rough laning phase. Like really rough laning phase. But after her first time shes good to go and is prob the best hypercarry.
If you wanna murder people in lane and 2-3 shot squishies Go draven
If you wanna have a rough laning phase but pick up later in the game go vayne.
