Unfair post placement games

Does anyone else feel as a low elo player that placement is done so poorly. when your done with your placements and you get sent to bronze 4 :( then you are like okay time to climb. But riot choose to play former diamonds, plats and gold in bronze so for a consistent 10 games you have no chance in climbing. It is very discouraging not to mention placement are a joke as well. You can work hard all last season to get to gold 4 and then win 7 placement matches and get thrown in bronze 4. Thank for throwing all my previous work out the window and not making me feel valued in your community.

Ranting I know but it just frustrating.
