Listen guys I get there's people who will defend this new tune system to the end but hear me out, I tested jhin just now and I've noticed something and that is jhin is utterly broken now, his AD scaling is through the fucking roof you can stay in lane and have around 110 AD without backing as jhin and I'm a M7 jhin main, please these new runes break him and he needs to be nerfed or the runes needs to be nerfed on him specifically, while other champions like thresh don't benefit off these runes like others I limited jhin to my best capacity and took arcane comet and it's still too strong please, who agrees with me?

I said this when they announced the runes reforged. This design has a fatal flaw in how it distributes power. Any harmony with the system provides the champion with a massive power boost, but there's virtually no raw fallback power that champions who can't sync with the mechanics benefit from.

That was actually a strength of the old rune system and the pre-keystone mastery design. While they weren't in themselves flashy and overly impactful, they were still noticeable (i mean most junglers could feel the difference between like +12% atk spd) and didn't discriminate across champions designs. There was literally no way, that any champion could not have an impactful rune & mastery page and very rarely could you have a champion who was insanely broken, because of the runes & masteries that they took. And on top of that, most champions had multiple pages which could be used to varying degrees of effectiveness depending on context or playstyle. Where in the RR, you have probably 1-3 on most champions, before you start seeing absolutely insane power drop offs.
