Sion Passive Speed
Why am I getting outrun by people who have 390 movement speed when i have alacrity swiftys which gives me 428? Nowhere does it say you have reduced movespeed and even with death surge a chogath with just merc treads outruns me

I really hate how Riot crippled Sion's passive. They took a really cool idea that fit Sion thematically and fucking hamstrung him.
He's slow as molasses, easier to kite than a Darius with no boots or summoner spells, and his health pool fucking MELTS.
Why the hell does he even have this passive if it's going to be basically worthless unless your opponents lack a brain?
Because you have to wait 15 seconds for your passive to proc before you can start getting kited
Only thing I like about his passive, besides his resurrection of course, is the fact that he's brawling :D Played tons of ARAMS today, and I happened to get SION as my last ARAM game. Went 19-5-20, and during those 5 deaths, I got at least a kill, sometimes 2. I was poking some fun after each time I got a kill in passive by saying something along the lines of "Gave em the old 1... 2.. Buckle my shoe!" Had good fun. Should try it! But outside of ARAMS, his passive blows.
The really disheartening thing is when people realize they can just take two shots and let your negative regen take the last couple ticks of health.
Why don't your record it and post it so there's actual proof?
This isn't a Sion issue, this is just an issue in the game period. Get outrun by people with no boots at all when I'm wearing basic boots on someone. Udyr bear stance chasing for days and can't catch up to someone etc.
I swear the MS system doesn't work properly.
Sion's passive is worthless right now. I have literally never gotten a kill on anyone other than idiots with it. I actually think his kit is quite good outside his passive, but it's so bad that it's dragging him down.
It is an free passive, literally, take it as a treat/bonus. Some champs don't even have a working passive.
this is an actual point i was making loads of mnovement speed sion builds just to see that with over 430 ms i was barely running as fast as everyone else also the atack range is bugged, sometimes your model has to literaly clip enemys model for you to be in range
They need to buff or remove the caps on his speeds. As it is it's a royal pain to catch someone early game. Granted I love building Bork/Frozen Mallet, so every time Bork is up I'm almost guaranteed a kill.
