I am level 12 and I have 4,440 ip. I was wondering what champions I should buy. I can save up to 6300 if needed. Please let me know what you guys think.

In general, play champions as they come up on free week, and decide for yourself which ones you like best, and buy them. There is no "best" champion in the game (or if there is, it constantly changes because Riot keeps updating the game), so the best and most fun thing you can do is just play the champions you like

Buy a bunch of inexpensive champions in different roles to help you decide which roles you like the best.
