Is it bug or the way it works ?

I have been playing diana a lot lately and there is always one thing that confuse me. Thing is, that every time i q>r (while he is marked) and he flashes i lose my mark for some reason and my r goes on full cdr.

So i m wondering is this in game thing as it should be, or is it bug ?

Does it consume there Mark?

It doesnt reset my ultimate, so eather mark disappears or somthing else happens, but for sure he gets q dmg

It consumes the mark but doesn't deal the R damage, but Diana isn't a cash cow champion so you can wait a few years until Riot "notice" this.
