Shen [Q] bug

Shen main here. Whenever you cast his [Q] on top of his spirit sword (casting [Q] and then casting it again without moving) it does not cast correctly. The cooldown starts and energy is expended, but the skill does not start. Also, if the passive is ready and you cast [Q] on top of his spirit sword his passive does not activate either. This is especially annoying in jungle when you don't move so much to clear camps and when you [Q] you get no extra damage or shield to sustain yourself and have to wait until it is off cooldown.
